Tuesday 10am-4 pm & 5pm-7pm 
Wednesday 10am-4pm 
Thursday 10am-4pm

Dental Clinic:
Fridays 9am-noon

All visits by appointment only, call during Office Hours to schedule. Please note, some evening clinics may be cancelled due to lack of providers.
