Planned Giving
Another way to donate to His Hands is by including His Hands in your will or estate plan. Planned giving allows you to designate a donation to be given at a later date or upon your death.

Tax Benefits & Endowment Fund
Donors who give to a permanently endowed fund at a qualified community foundation like the Great Cedar Rapids Community Foundation are eligible to receive a 25 percent state tax credit for their gifts.

A tax-saving way to help His Hands!
If you are 70 1/2 years old or older and have one or more IRAs you are required to take a minimum distribution annually. You can take advantage of a simple way to support His Hands and receive tax benefits at the same time. You can now give directly from your IRA to a qualified charity like His Hands.
